Head	Vasil Rangelov 2016-08-07 03:46 GMT+0300 Created RouterErrorException and made it be thrown by various Util methods (more to come); Tweaked root menu storage (setMenu() and getMenu() more specifically), so that it allows Util::newRequest() from it properly; Fixed Script::parseValueToArray() exception code; Many other changes (see RELEASE-1.0.0b6 diff).
