Base	Jared King 2016-01-02 05:32 UTC rename Validate class to Validator + remove Validate::is() + remove `null` in favor of `skip_empty` validator and remove `required` in place of `required` validator (fixes #5) + refactored validator to handle an input hash instead of single values + added custom validation rule to replace callables
