Head	Matt Weller 2016-02-28 19:42 GMT-0800 fix bug in seen where it was case sensitive on saving nicks, but insensitive looking them up (failed for nicks with caps). also add functionality to debugger to delete entries in mem_store (for clearing module saved bits when reload, in the case of, say, broken data)
