It seems like self::getOptionalAttribute($xml, 'Algorithm', null) can also be of type null; however, parameter $Algorithm of SimpleSAML\XMLSecurity\XML\xenc11\MGF::__construct() does only seem to accept string, maybe add an additional type check?
