This project does not seem to handle request data directly as such no vulnerable execution paths were found.

  Cross-Site Scripting

XPath Injection enables an attacker to modify the parts of XML document that are read. If that XML document is for example used for authentication, this can lead to further vulnerabilities similar to SQL Injection.

LDAP Injection enables an attacker to inject LDAP statements potentially granting permission to run unauthorized queries, or modify content inside the LDAP tree.

It seems like you code against a concrete implementation and not the interface ValueObjects\ValueObjectInterface as the method getReal() does only exist in the following implementations of said interface: ValueObjects\Number\Complex.

Let’s take a look at an example:

In the above example, the authenticate() method works fine as long as you just pass instances of MyUser. However, if you now also want to pass a different implementation of User which does not have a getDisplayName() method, the code will break.

Available Fixes

  1. Change the type-hint for the parameter:
