There is at least one abstract method in this class. Maybe declare it as abstract, or implement the remaining methods: artisan, be, call, seed

The method withoutMockingConsoleOutput() does not seem to exist on object<Cog\Tests\Laravel\Paket\Unit\Console\Commands\SetupTest>.
