$e is of type object<Psr\Container\ContainerExceptionInterface>, but the function expects a null|object<Throwable>.
It seems like the type of the argument is not accepted by the function/method which you are calling. In some cases, in particular if PHP’s automatic type-juggling kicks in this might be fine. In other cases, however this might be a bug. We suggest to add an explicit type cast like in the following example: function acceptsInteger($int) { }
$x = '123'; // string "123"
// Instead of
acceptsInteger($x);
// we recommend to use
acceptsInteger((integer) $x);

The expression
$params of type array is implicitly converted to a boolean; are you sure this is intended? If so, consider using ! empty($expr) instead to make it clear that you intend to check for an array without elements.
This check marks implicit conversions of arrays to boolean values in a comparison. While in PHP an empty array is considered to be equal (but not identical) to false, this is not always apparent. Consider making the comparison explicit by using Loading history...

This check looks from parameters that have been defined for a function or method, but which are not used in the method body.
