The type PHPUnit\Framework\TestCase was not found. Maybe you did not declare it correctly or list all dependencies?

It seems like Brick\Math\BigDecimal::of('1.45643') can also be of type Brick\Math\BigInteger and Brick\Math\BigRational; however, parameter $exchange_rate of App\Entity\PriceInformations\Currency::setExchangeRate() does only seem to accept Brick\Math\BigDecimal|null, maybe add an additional type check?
